Involving needs analysis, information/site architectures to align with immediate and long-term strategies. Systematic approaches to research included different facets (direct, indirect, quantitive, qualitative) reducing discovery costs by 60% without compromising quality of findings.

Team focus – Exercises contextual and situational leadership managing teams of 5-9 ux/ui practitioners on USCC projects by instilling project knowledge, empowerment and ownership from start to finish.
