With hands on experience in e-commerce, CSR, media, gamification, SaaS and system/product design – diving deep into challenges to quickly surface solutions working with companies such as US Cellular, Whirlpool, Britannica and Bank of America (Cashpro service lines) is just part of my DNA.

A few highlights you might find interesting…

Current project – Developing CMS adoption plan and acceptance framework for 200 affiliate surgical centers to include SEO, social media and content policies. Involving needs analysis, information/site architectures to align with immediate and long-term strategies.

Current focus – Preparing for evaluations to assure content will be accessible to all audiences from any device, no matter who they are.

Forward thinking – Pursuing training and certification in emotional/persuasive design and behavior architectures as well as continuing efforts in multi-faceted research techniques to break down analytical silos to quantify the qualitative.
